TwoParents is a parenting support app that delivers weekly, expert-informed tips to help both parents stay aligned. It is operated by ViVa Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
By creating an account and using TwoParents, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use TwoParents. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
TwoParents provides general parenting education content based on established research and expert review. This content is not medical advice, psychological or therapeutic advice, or a substitute for professional guidance from a health visitor, GP, paediatrician, or family therapist.
If you have concerns about your child's health, development, or wellbeing — or your own mental health — please consult a qualified professional.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your login details with others or use another person's account. You may only create one account per person. Sharing a family group with a co-parent is done via the family invite code within the app.

All tip content, design, and code within TwoParents is owned by ViVa Labs Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any outcomes arising from following tip content, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
